Still out of the country, but not away from sources for news. Although I will not be writing much, I am deeply concerned about the mounting evidence that the President and his campaign actively worked with the Russians to influence our 2016 elections. Perhaps more disturbing, are the refusal by many to accept "their guy" has allowed our elections to be tinkered, all in an effort to "win" the presidency at any cost - even one that hurts our democratic electoral process. To those that dismiss this matter as "fake news" I ask you - If a someone not on your "team" allowed a foreign power to influence our elections, would you sit idly by? The hypocrisy is at a boiling point while the level of actual patriotism is dismal.
Anyone that follows my blogs should recall my position on influencing our elections by foreign leaders. (See previous blog slamming Benjamin Netanyahu for his obvious attempts at interfering). Unlike many Trump supporters, I am not a "fair weather patriot." IF indictments come from the Mueller investigations, will Trump supporters and the GOP get on board or will they help Trump commit treason under the guise of "the ends justify the means?"
