I'm not leaving Twitter. Democracy demands we fight for her. No one is going to scare me off a social platform that had engaged millions. Real tyranny is at our doorstep, and the GOP is a driving force for it. Think I'm exaggerating? Take a look at Red States. Their actions speak louder than words. In the event the GOP takes the majority in the House and Senate, we can kiss our republic goodbye. Elections will resemble those we used to send advisors out into the world to protect. Ironic our own elections can be so corrupted by a political party so hell bent on destroying democracy all for the sake of an unbridled thirst for power. If this was on the Democrats, I would say the very same thing. But it's not on the Democrats - it's on the Republicans. Let's show them en masse this November that Democracy is worth fighting for at the ballot box in November. The fight must go on (before it is too late). See you at on Twitter @RubinsRants.
