Had a long, long day, but it was capped off by a great hour with Robyn Davis on The Robyn Report on WWPR1490am! Through the hour, we discussed local issues relating to Sarasota City Government along with the upcoming 16th Congressional District contest between the GOP Incumbent Vern Buchanan and his Democratic challenger Kieth Fitzgerald. Of course the discussion included commentary on Missouri Representative Todd Akin's (R) rape related gaffes that have led to calls for him to withdraw from the contested Missouri Senate race against Incumbent Democrat Claire McCaskill. All in all, it was a lively hour which I enjoyed quite a bit and I look forward to returning next Tuesday.
