Zombie Apocalypse?
Not wanting to make this a long winded posting (I am just too busy tonight to go on a rant), but can anyone possibly explain why Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Preibus (and Republicans make fun of Barack Obama's name?) would admit the Party under his leadership has a "long list" of failures? Isn't there something strange that his report outlining a long list of GOP's failures at the National polls is being widely classified as an "Autopsy?" I know, Preibus is searching for any reason Americans could possibly reject his beloved political party, but really, if most respected political pundits identify the report on the failings of the Party as an "Autopsy Report", doesn't that say it all?
Isn't it customary when someone is severely injured to classify their condition as "stable," "critical" or "serious" with a potential "Guarded prognosis for survival?" But an Autopsy? According to
Ed Freidlander, M.D., Pathologist, an autopsy "is a special surgical operation, performed by specially-trained physicians, on a dead body. Its purpose is to learn the truth about the person's health during life, and how the person really died." Catch my drift? The patient is DEAD! Is the future for the GOP now limited to burial? Are Republicans really interested in promoting their same old fatal flaws with Sarah Palin, Glen Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Ted Cruz and their ilk as their leading "All-Stars?" As Thomas Jefferson once said; "Bodily decay is gloomy in prospect, but of all human contemplations, the most abhorrent is body without mind." Since the GOP seems to be losing it's mind, perhaps Chairman Preibus would be better served if his party was reincarnated as part of the Zombie Apocalypse?
